If your payment was successful via one of our official platforms but you haven't received your ticket (email or QR code):

• Ensure the email you entered is correct
• If still not received, contact support with your payment reference.

If your payment does not go through or shows an error, do not retry immediately without checking first — this can result in multiple charges.

Yes! If you purchase your ticket for tomorrow after 4:45 PM on the day before your visit, you are allowed to enter the park that same evening for sunset and also use the ticket for the next day's full validity (e.g. sunrise and daytime visits).

1-Day Visit

• With a 1-day pass, visitors can explore the Small Circuit Tour, which includes: Angkor Wat, Phnom Bakheng, Bayon, Chau Say Tevoda, Ta Keo, Ta Prohm, Banteay Kdei, Prasat Kravan, Prohm Kel, Baksei Chamkrong, Bay Kaek, Top Khang Lech, Ta Nei, and Srah Srang.

3-Day or 7-Day Visit

• With a 3-day or 7-day pass, visitors can enjoy both the Small Circuit Tour and the Grand Circuit Tour, which includes: Preah Khan, Neak Pean, Krol Ko, Ta Som, East Mebon, Pre Rup, Banteay Prei, Krol Romeas, North Baray, and Tonle Snguot.

The ticket includes access to all temples within the Angkor Archaeological Park.

It is possible to rent and drive a scooter to visit the temples in Siem Reap.

Here's what you'll need: 1-Day Ticket: No photo required — quick and easy! 3-Day & 7-Day Tickets: A photo is required for identification.

Children under 12 are exempt from Angkor Wat entrance fees and do not need a ticket, but they may be required to show a passport as proof of age. They are also not allowed to climb the Upper Tower, as the steep steps are only accessible to visitors aged 12 and above.
